Learn More About Me
I'm a licensed professional counselor in the state of Pennsylvania, and NBCC Nationally Certified Counselor. As a counselor, I value working collaboratively with my clients and from a strengths-based perspective. I work to provide a safe, warm, and productively challenging environment for my clients to think, explore, and grow. I integrate various theoretical orientations based on what is most beneficial for my clients, though the foundation of my work is rooted in a person-centered and cognitive approach.
Additionally, I also offer supervision to pre-licensed counselors that are completing their required contact hours for licensure as an Licensed Professional Counselor. As a supervisor, I work from a person-centered orientation integrated with Bernard's discrimination model of supervision. Similar to my counseling work, I value a collaborative and strengths-based approach. I enjoy working with supervisees to set goals, seek productive challenges, and supporting supervisees as they grow professionally.

It is a direction not a destination”
